Privacy Policy

ZaddyKnows is a private dating community. This policy explains what we collect from members, how we use it, who can see it, and the controls you have over your data.

• Account data: email, password hash, sign-in method, date of birth, gender, area, photos, bio, and any optional details you add to your profile.
• Activity data: messages, likes, gifts sent and received, profile views, filter settings, and tier history. Used to power the product and rank compatibility.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor. We store your tier, status, and billing-period metadata, never your card number.
• Verification documents: ID, selfie, and (optionally) bank statements for income verification. See the dedicated section below.
• Device & usage: IP address, browser, and basic analytics used for security and fraud prevention.

Only the fields you choose to publish on your profile are visible to other members — display name, age, area, photos, bio, intent, and any optional details. Email, exact date of birth, exact location, payment info, and verification documents are never shown to other members.

• To run the dating product: matches, messaging, gifts, and tier perks.
• To keep members safe: moderation, fraud detection, banning bad actors.
• To bill you for your tier and pay out earnings where applicable.
• To send transactional emails (verification, security, payment failures).
• To send optional product emails (weekly message digest, news) — only if you opt in from your notification settings.

We share only what's strictly necessary, only with vetted vendors, and only under a contract that requires them to protect your data:

• Cloud hosting and database provider.
• Payment processor (for charging your card and managing subscriptions).
• Email delivery provider (for transactional and opt-in emails).
• Law enforcement, only when legally required.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

• Access and download the data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your account, which removes your profile and erases your data.
• Withdraw consent to optional emails at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to sensitive material — especially verification documents — is restricted to a small review team and logged.

Bank statements are the most sensitive thing we ever ask for. They are optional, only requested from members on tier 5 or 6, and protected by a stricter set of rules than the rest of your data:

• Never shown to other members. No member can ever see your statements or any number from them.
• Only a range is published. A small review team confirms which range your statements support — e.g. $10K–$25K / month — and only that range appears on your profile.
• Encrypted at rest in an isolated bucket, accessible only to vetted reviewers through short-lived signed URLs that expire within an hour.
• Deleted 90 days after approval, or immediately on rejection or withdrawal. We keep only the resulting range badge on your profile.
• Never shared, sold, or used for advertising. Documents are never handed to other vendors. We disclose them only if compelled by law.
• You can revoke at any time from your income verification page, which deletes the documents and removes the range badge.

Why we offer it: verified members get more inbound interest — babies are more confident reaching out when the range is real. It is genuinely optional and there is no penalty for skipping it.
